Comprehensive assessment and intervention to help you maintain meaningful activities and keep your home environment safe.
Our qualified in-home Occupational Therapists (OT) specialise in comprehensive home assessments and equipment prescription for seniors and people with disabilities.
Comprehensive home and personal safety assessment. Recommendations provided for home modifications and equipment such as motorised scooters, shower chairs and commodes. Subsidised home modifications require an in-home OT assessment as part of the eligibility criteria.
OTs work with clients to better manage daily routines both at home and in the community. An NDIS OT provides services and support for individuals in the following areas: home modification, assistive equipment such as mobility aids, assessment of personal needs and mobility training.
We want our services to be as accessible as possible, so we try to help you get the highest amount of subsidy you are entitled to. Please see our program pages below to see what support you can get. If you are unsure, give our friendly team a call, and we can talk you through it.
Our in-home Occupational Therapists are qualified and accredited health professionals specialised in aged and community care. They treat you, not just your condition, and will keep your GP and care team informed along the way.
