A Home Care Package is government funding that helps you live independently at home. We work with you to tailor and manage the right mix of services for your needs.
You can apply by registering with My Aged Care. Once you’re assessed and assigned a package, we’ll help you set up your care plan.
Home Care Packages can include cleaning, personal care, meal preparation, social support, nursing and allied health services such as physiotherapy or occupational therapy.
There are four levels. Your approved My Aged Care assessment will determine the level based on the care you require.
Yes, our services are designed to support you at home, helping you maintain comfort, safety and independence for as long as possible.
Based on your care plan, we offer physiotherapy, podiatry and services from our in-home occupational therapists in Sydney.
Yes, these can be included in your Home Care Package. Physiotherapy fees and all other available services are billed at our standard rates. The number of appointments you’ll need depends on your goals and what’s right for you. How much funding you can use will depend on your Home Care Package level. Your dedicated case manager will work with you to budget for these services as part of your care plan.
We meet with you once your package is assigned to plan your care. Services usually begin within two weeks of signing, based on your preferences and location.
