Our friendly customer service team can help you understand the fees and costs associated with Home Care Packages, and give you an overview of Vitality Club’s services.

Once your Home Care Package is set up, your services are ongoing but can be paused at any stage. Your dedicated Vitality Club Case Manager will continually review your requirements to ensure your program always meets your needs.
